EIREX has spent over 23 years engineering hydrodynamic cavitation, and that work now translates into the cheapest path to green hydrogen available today.
The Opportunity
35x less energy. 8x lower cost. The same water, a fundamentally different process.
- Under 1.4 kWh per kg of H2, versus about 50 kWh/kg for electrolysis
- $0.25/kg production cost target, versus about $2.00/kg for electrolysis
- 50 to 5,000 kg/hr modular output, self-powered and seawater-ready
The Problem
Green hydrogen is the future of clean energy, but electrolysis consumes around 50 kWh per kg and costs roughly $2/kg, making large-scale commercial deployment economically unviable.
Our Solution
EIREX uses hydrodynamic cavitation: controlled microscopic bubble collapse that breaks water molecular bonds and releases hydrogen with a fraction of the energy. No membranes. No electrolytes. Works on seawater.
Why This Matters Now
Aerospace, maritime, and heavy industry are locking in hydrogen supply chains today. The companies that secure the cheapest production method will define the economics of clean energy for decades.
Proven Foundation
- 23+ years of cavitation R&D by our founding team
- Lab-proven hydrogen production results, measured data in hand
- Patents held in oil viscosity reduction and related industrial applications
- Same core technology demonstrated in plastic recycling and mining tailings recovery
- Hydrogen patent documentation complete, filing in progress
Target Applications
- Aerospace propulsion: liquid H2 fuel supply for launch facilities
- Remote and off-grid deployments: self-powered, no grid required
- Industrial hydrogen supply chains: replace conventional production
- Maritime and heavy transportation decarbonization
The Ask: Strategic Pilot Partner
We are seeking a $3 to 4 million strategic partnership to:
- File the hydrogen production patent
- Build and commission a pilot-scale production unit
- Run independent third-party performance verification
- Co-develop a commercial scale-up roadmap
