Sergey Rakhinskiy, M.Sc.
Co-Founder & Vice President

Sergey brings over four decades of experience spanning metallurgy, rare earth metal operations, and industrial R&D. As a founding member of the EIREX team, he has been instrumental in directing the technical development of cavitation-based applications from the earliest prototype stages.

Lazarus Saidakovsky, M.Sc., P.Eng.

Lazarus is a Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience bridging high-tech software systems and advanced engineering R&D. His background in bio-cybernetics and turbulent flow research formed the scientific foundation for EIREX’s early cavitation work.

Dr. Nikolai Novikov, Ph.D.
Chief Scientist & Senior R&D Advisor

Dr. Novikov is a world-class hydrodynamicist with 46 years of professional experience, 37 of them in academic science and research. He joined EIREX in 2013 and has led the R&D team’s breakthrough work on controlled turbulent flow dynamics — a critical component of EIREX’s proprietary cavitation reactor design.
